TCS “Building on Belief”

TCS

TCS

A repositioning that finally matched the company’s true scale: $30B+ in revenue, the #2 global IT brand, and a $21.3B brand valuation — lifting TCS out of the “vendor” frame and into the belief it had already earned.

Challenge:

Fifteen years since the last rebrand. TCS had built India’s banking, tax, and e-governance infrastructure — yet the world still saw a reliable IT vendor. That misaligned identity put a structural ceiling on pricing, deal size, and market access.

What We Did:

Twelve months of research across 100+ enterprise clients and 200+ internal employees produced one inimitable positioning — “Building on Belief” — rooted in what clients already felt but couldn’t name. Then 600K+ employees were aligned internally before a single external execution ran.

A Greater Noida Hospital Chain, Orthopaedics Listed Specialty to High-Value Growth Engine

A Greater Noida Hospital Chain, Orthopaedics

A Greater Noida Hospital Chain, Orthopaedics

Q1 2026 new OPD patients jumped to 411 from 189 a year earlier — a 117% rise — with conversion reaching 95%. IPD revenue outpaced admission growth on a richer surgical case mix, turning a listed specialty into a scalable, high-value service line.

Challenge:

A Greater Noida hospital chain had a credible, established orthopaedics department — institutional trust, footfall, infrastructure — yet it ran as a listed multispecialty line, not a high-value engine. Routine cases dominated, doctor-level discoverability was thin, and surgical demand went under-converted.

What We Did:

Following a December 2025 engagement, we reframed the department from availability to demand generation. Implemented a Performance-Based Management System with tracked, centralized call routing and a zero-leakage PI module, sharpened specialist-led, procedure-led communication, and upgraded the case mix toward planned high-value surgery.

A 250+ Bedded Delhi Hospital, Orthopaedics “Visibility Without Control to Growth With Control”

A 250+ Bedded Delhi Hospital, Orthopaedics

A 250+ Bedded Delhi Hospital, Orthopaedics

Patient-to-surgery conversion crossed 90%; profitability moved from under 12% to a 150% improvement; engagement rose 28% in three months and 40–45% across Year 1; with a peak of 150 surgeries in a single month — graduating into an independent, surgeon-owned setup.

Challenge:

A senior orthopaedic surgeon had demand, credibility, and footfall — but no control. Strong inflow wasn’t converting: high bounce despite footfall, revenue skewed to the hospital, limited upside, and a diluting personal brand. Profitability sat under 12%.

What We Did:

Shifted the patient journey from hospital-led to surgeon-led. Built a Patient Interaction & Brand Team, implemented a Performance-Based Management System, redirected OPD calls to the clinic, added patient-led trust transfer (RAP Booster), and upgraded the case mix toward planned high-value procedures.

A 22% increase in unique women customers available for cross-sell, with deeper portfolios across MSME, professional, gold loans, and deposits. Traction was strong enough to justify a second edition and the premium “Aura” variant — a repeatable women-focused growth platform.

Challenge:

Women are half the population, repay better than most, and shape family finances — yet no bank treated them as primary decision-makers. Competitors pushed generic products, leaving the aspirational, women-centric financial space empty and an under-leveraged segment untapped.

What We Did:

Reframed women from “dependents” to self-investing economic actors. Built #FundYourOwnWorth on the Advantage Woman Savings Account — a manifesto film with Konkona Sen Sharma, public nominations, and the Advantage Woman Awards (25 women; fellowships up to ₹10 lakh for the top three), all social-first.

A Leading Global Direct-Selling Brand “Premium Fairness to Affordable Herbal Wellness”

A Leading Global Direct-Selling Brand

A Leading Global Direct-Selling Brand

Within the first year, Pan-India: +21% distributor additions, +33% entry-level sales volume, and +18% new sales partners. The move reopened the middle-class market and re-energized a slowing network — judged against the direct-selling scoreboard, not the FMCG one.

Challenge:

A fairness skincare line was losing relevance as India shifted to herbal. But the real problem wasn’t the product — the brand felt expensive, slowing the rate at which new members joined its direct-selling network, the company’s true revenue engine.

What We Did:

Reframed the brief from “fix the skincare” to “revive the network.” Repositioned from premium fairness to affordable herbal wellness with pollution protection — engineered as the lowest-risk, easiest-“yes” entry product, simple for distributors to sell, and framed as step one toward higher-value lines.

VimoSEWA Cooperative

Recognition grew among under-40 women through advocacy, not media, with documented activations at a ₹500 unit cost — a fundable, replicable blueprint for Oxford. Best of all: demand-driven pull, with women walking in to ask when the activation would reach their area.

Challenge:

VimoSEWA had an affordable product (₹200–250/year) and deep credibility — but no market voice, no field force, and near-zero recognition among women under 40. It also faced an affordability myth: women said they couldn’t pay, though the real barrier was intent.

What We Did:

Treated the ₹500-per-activation cap as the design spec. Anchored geography on Election Commission polling booths (200 BUAs, 20 TGAs), built a Gujarati campaign line, and ran a reusable “wasteful-expense market” for girl children plus a security meter that made hidden spending visible.
